Leucate, in the southwest of France with over 300 wind days in the year is one of the "windiest corners" of Europe. If Tramontana and Mistral meet together, the wind reaches fast 7 or 8 Beaufort. This constellation is ideal for Windsurfing and the Etang de Leucate become a paradise of the windsurfers.
