Noosa

Noosa, one of the most beautiful beach villages at the Australian east coast and in the calmer part of the Sunshine Coast consists of the different villages, Noosaville, Noosa Sound and Noosa Heads. From the Laguna lockout you have the best view on the village quarters, channels, water arms, bays and beaches. A very nice place!
 

Everywhere you can rent flats, apartments, houses and vacation homes and everything here is completely easy going! We felt good and were very happy here.
 

We reached our favourite beach, Alexandria Bay , in 45 minutes walking distance on the Costal track by the Noosa national park, where we could see nearly daily our loved Koalas, hanging in the big trees. The Costal track offers always spectacular views on the cliffs and the big waves.
 

Noosa is also well-known as Gourmet metropolis. From here swept the very fine new Australia Cuisine over to the whole of Australia . Everywhere in the village you can find excellent restaurants, so it was sometimes difficult for us to choice one. Our favourite became the Sails restaurant, at the end of the Hastings Street . It was very nice to sit here by excellent food, good wines, perfect service, moderate prices and last but not least by the beautiful peaceful view over the garden to the sea.
 

Noosa is also a typical beach village. Everywhere there are the crazy surfers, always looking around for the perfect waves. No way is strong and long enough for them to find the best places. Even on the Costal track you can find them with their boards. They climbed down the cliffs in a dangerous way, just for not sharing the perfect waves with other surfers. Very crazy, but for us it was naturally only madly!!!
