Bali - one of the 17,500 islands of the Indonesian archipelago belongs to the most famous isles of the world. With its 5,600, square kilometre Bali is only a dust particle on the map of the world, but it offers an indescribable variety. The life of the Balinese people is formed by the “Agama Hindu Dharma” religion, a fusion from Buddhism and Hinduism. Sacrificing, temple celebrations, religious dances and cremations belong here to the everyday life. Spectacular green rice terraces, volcanoes, mountain lakes, tropical jungles and fantastic beaches built the grandiose landscape. Also for artists and art-interested people is Bali a true paradise. Painters and musicians from all over the world established themselves here.

Independent of the mass tourism the Balinese people keeps their singular culture and tradition and resisted to the foreign influences.
